Try to due some scouting at Sawtooth National Forest picked the wrong time (Early Winter in Sawtooth National Forest and no chains love this car got stuck twice in a ditch car got barried about 3' of snow on the passenger side no problem getting out, second time floated in to a ditch doing 45mph the car bounced of the side of the ditch like a toy bigfoot back in to the ditch in knee deep snow. Talk about panic i was thinking of camping in the car, no worrys i had full thank of gas for the heater in the car and food for 4 days, got out in 10 min no problem despite of a great offroad test run no sign of deer got to go back when better weather.Beatuifull country just have to find the deer spots )
But great trip.I hunt the northeastern zone with 100% succes because i hunt hard(get out or off your vehicle or atv and hike).Got stuck with northern zone due to my buddy making a mistake on the application can any one clue me in to some areas. I dont mean to sound desperate but i am i dont have time to go back to scout any one puts me in area that i could land a buck any points(love the meat running low from last's years hunt)I will pay for your knowledge since i dont have the time this year for a new zone to explore. Thanks
