Just wanted to share my son's and my 08 general Utah Muzz hunt with you MM readers. We hunted hard for 7 days and took these two bucks. I took mine the first day we hunted and it ended up having a 29 inch outside spread. He took his the last day and ended up having a 24 inch spread. We seen a lot of good bucks during this hunt. His buck also had a broadhead stuck in the base of the antler from some unlucky archery hunter. Bet that hurt when he was in velvet.

Looks like you guy's had a great hunt together. I love the broad head stuck in the antler thats got to be one of coolest things I have seen. I have seen bullet holes & other weird stuff, but never a broadhead still stuck inside the antler. I bet that archer is kicking him self for missing a great deer your son got. Can you tell us region/area/unit of where you hunted. Maybe someone knows the guy who missed this buck. That would add to a already great story.Thanks again for sharing.

Way to go TBuck and TBuck Jr. Those are a couple of dandies. Yea, I'll bet that did hurt to catch a b-head right to the velvet.

I'd say that even if the rack size isn't a wall hanger for you guys, the broadhead makes it a wall hanger... That's a one in a million rack you got there!!! Looks like a great hunt!
