Here is a still shot off of the video I took of this buck prior to me getting a shot at him with my bow. I was able to watch him for about 10 to 15 minutes and get just a little footage before buck fever took over and I blew my chance at this buck of a lifetime. Never the less, I was happy that it was a clean miss right over his back. If I had wounded this deer I would have been sick for the rest of the year instead of just a few days. As far as I know he is still alive but I plan to hunt him when January rolls around and see if I can redeem myself.

As is this buck is 26" wide, has 15 points, and one heck of a drop tine with a ball at the end.

great buck!!!!i assume u missed him in september with a bow.i hope u get another shot in january.did i miss something or can u hunt the jan. hunt if u did'nt harvest in sept.for some reason it seems like about 5yrs ago i heard something similar.please help my confusion.
