AZ Youth Hunt Big Buck

Slade and his father came to hunt the AZ desert from Missoula MT. Slade was able to take his first deer, this 27" 4x4. Slade is a 12 year old young man who made it through cactus crawling and many hours of glassing. It sure did pay off!

Great deer, unique name!!

Did they happen to say the origin of his name? Meaning is it a part of his family history or something like that? I have not come accross many called Slade.

I would assume he took the deer with a rifle.
