Big Buck

Here are some pictures of a big buck that was shot within city limits in Utah. I believe they caught the guy who shot him. I was able to see this buck in person and what a stroker! I am not sure who the firemen are that responded but I thought you guys would like to see this buck. I hope he had a chance to pass on some of his genes!

Is this the buck killed with a bow in East Layton? There are some monsters in this area. Too bad he was taken illegally.

Heckuva buck, too bad he was shot illegaly. I'm surprised he still has his velevet if the date on the photo is correct - September 24th.

The buck was taken in Bountiful and yes I was amazed to see him still in velvet as well.

Nice buck, I live in Bountiful and its too bad all the bucks are living in city limits. I have seen quite a few big bucks around, one living around the corner in my buddies back yard. He is at least 30 wide, and 26 tall 5x6 I would love to find him on the extended archery but all that are left in the foothills are doe and small bucks. As for the Fireman the lower pic is a friend of mine and now I am going to have to do some research.

LAST EDITED ON Dec-07-08 AT 04:53PM (MST)[p]I have another pic of this buck in the back of the DWR truck on it's way up the mtn to be field dressed before the buck was donated. I never heard what they did to this guy, but they did catch him. I hope he got his privelages yanked for a LONG time!

We had seen what we think was this buck in legal hunting area not a week or so before!
