Well I didn't hunt there this year but I did go down there a few different times just to have a look, actually I go there every year to look at the animals. I didn't really see too many big elk this year. many of them I saw were only small 5 and 6 point bulls. Probably wouldn't score over 250. The weather was too warm this year. Last year I had an elk tag and ended up with one that scores right at 300. spent about 10 days there last year and only seen 1 elk that was noticeably bigger. Most of the bigger elk we seen last year would score between 280-320. My boss had a cow elk tag this year and didn't see any big elk either.
