Hello gents.....I need some advice on finding a Deer tag for next year.

I have a client of mine out of Pennsylvania that is wanting to do a Mule Deer Hunt in Utah for next year. He has MONEY and is willing to pay a good price for a tag. He does not want to play the waiting game for a Henries or a Pauns tag. He is looking for a nice 170" buck or bigger of course.

He wants me to come along and help out and wants to me to set it up for him.

I have lots of contacts for Elk and CWMU Elk, but I have not the slightest Idea for any Mule Deer tags!

Where are some good properties in Utah to buy a tag??? Which CWMU, or are there other options??? What are the prices???? Where do I look???

I am going to PA in 2 weeks and would like a little info to share with him?

Help me out guys!!!!!!!

I would give Two Bears a good look,i have seen some really nice bucks come of that property over the years

Why are you sold on a CWMU since expo tags provide tax deductions? Personally I would look up every single tag available for auction and charge your client time to go to the auctions and bid/buy tags.

Win win for your client.

I am not sold on just CWMU at all!!!! I just need options.

Where can I find all the auction tags available. I just thought that I need options....

You forget about your buddy PUNK ???

great post/pic, thanks for sharing

Rans....I cant help it...

JB....I have been wondering where that Muscle Bound fool has been...I thought he would be piping up here soon and be able to help me out!!! I have not seen him in a while in here...He must be out playing or something!

++10 on the Heaton Pauns deal. 170" shouldn't be a problem.

Good luck Fish!

FLEH!!
Thanks jb, your a good man!! (regardless of what the mods say to you!!) Lol

The outfitter i work for runs "Two Bear", great CWMU for sure.
PM me for more info there.

Option #2-
I happen to have a few Colordao private landowner tags on an excellent 3rd season (November) unit on the southern end, easy hunt and 170" bucks are all over the place!

PM me Jason, lets chat and we'll try to help out your buddy :)
