Gitrdun asked me to post this picture for him. I'll let him get on and tell the details if he decides.

Great buck, thanks for posting for us to see!

Gitrdun, aren't the Henries Public Land? Do you mean general tag area?

Picture was taken on the books. I think this buck has the same similarities as the ute buck on the guess the score post.

weak 2's...no beam no mass....decent 4's and thats about it...PASS all DAY!!!!!

Width isnt everything, its the ONLY thing.

Are you kidding that you would pass this monster up. I would give anything to kill a buck like that once in my lifetime!

he might die on a last day hunt...but I'd pass all day during the rut.

Width isnt everything, its the ONLY thing.

You might pass it up on the rez all day but if you've only hunted DIY PUBLIC land all your life...I doubt you'd pass...:)

Rez I don't know what you've been smokin but that is a great buck. I guess to some people the numbers is all that matters!! In my eyes he is a stud. Thanks for sharing the picture.

I hunt public land aswell. I didnt say he is not a nice buck, just not my kind of deer. I enjoy width and mass over anything. And easy with the DIY PUBLIC land talk there, Mike Eastman...:D

Width isnt everything, its the ONLY thing.

Ha ha.. Mike Eastman..don't get me started on those guys..:) "No fences here" ..haha.. Seems to me that whenever they shoot a good buck there is a barbwire fence somewhere around that seperates one ranch from another :)

BANG!!! No way Id pass that monster up. Score or no Score that bucks a wall hanger! For most guys on public land that's a buck of a lifetime.. just my two cents.

Rez is like a freakin hemmoroid, he just rubs ya the wrong way.

Most of the animals the Eastmans have killed come off of private land. I've talked with the guy they hunt with east of Evanston, it's all private and very well managed, and he only allows 4-6 hunters each year. Cracks me up when they talk about patterning a buck for several days then taking him, yea, good look on public land. Give me a break.
