Looking for an opportunity to hunt some new ground in Northern Utah this year. I hopefully will draw my usual Northern Utah Muzzleloader permit and would be willing to pay to hunt some different property.

Why don't you just go buy one over the counter instead of giving $10 bucks away in the draw???

I have to give my donations to wildlife when I can. I should just buy it over the counter, but like every other permit or tag drawing I put in for, I give my donation in one way or another.
