Grey's River and Outfitter

Anyone have any opinions of outfitters in the Grey's River? I was looking at SNS and they look pretty darn good and I've heard great things about them as well. On top of that, contrary to what lot's of people on this site say and believe, they are still taking great bucks in G. They own another company in the Grey's as well, and they're taking great deer too. Both camps seem to take great deer with a few exceptional deer each year on a pretty consistent basis. I like Non-Typical Outfitters, but believe he is already full for 09. We can leave out what everyone's opinion is of the Grey's and Western Wyoming as that has been discussed time and again and I'll just take my chances, but what about outfitters in the area? Your thoughts?

I am going to be taking my first trip to the Greys River for a mule deer hunt this September.I will be hunting with Greys River Trophies.

There have been many posts about the Greys not be what it used to be and that may be the case but many of the big deer killed in Wyoming are still taken there.

Outfitters like Greys River Trophies, Non-Typical Outfitters and Jackson Hole Outfitters seem to take turns every year harvesting the biggest bucks taken by outfitters that are members of the Wyoming Guides and Outfitters Association.

For 2007 Jackson Hole Outfitters and Greys River Trophies had 4 of the 6 largest bucks listed in the Wyoming Outdoors magazine.

I don't have any special references for this outfittter other than when I talked to him he seemed to be an honest down to earth guy with a lot of experience in the area.

Gary and Jenny Amerine of Grey's River Trophies are top notch people who run an outstanding outfitting business. I've hunted wiht them once, and would love to hunt with them again.

WVHUNTER- I have been told good things about Grey's River Trophies ,so I'm sure you will have a good hunt. Back in the day Deadman Creek Outfitters was the way to go. Also, just an FYI, the best bucks taken in the state each year are never in the WYOGA magazine.
