If I were to purchase the CVA Accura 209 break action muzzleloader, can this muzzleloader be used to hunt muledeer in AZ and UT? Does anyone know of any restricitons that wouldn't allow this muzzleloader to be legal in either of these two states? I understand smokless powder can't be used and that specifics on scopes need to be understood in both states, but the gun itself, is it legal in both states? your help is greatly appreciated and I'll look through the regulations for both states as well. But I'm new to all the lingo around muzzleloaders and want to make sure I purchase a gun that can be used in both of these states.
