Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sale Act 2-16-9
Very Important for you to be aware of a new bill HR 45 QUIETLY introduced into the House in January 2009.
This is the Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sale Act of 2009.
We just learned yesterday about this on the Peter Boyles radio program.
Even gun shop owners didn't know about this because it is flying under the radar.
To find out about this - go to any government website and type in HR 45 or
Google HR 45 or HR 45 Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sales Act of 2009.
You will get over 18,000 websites giving you all of the information.
This bill is being introduced as a SAFETY bill (Yeah, RIGHT!)
The guise is that it will make it more effective for law enforcement to trace illegal weapon trafficking and usage by criminals!
Basically this bill WILL make it illegal to own a firearm - (pistols & rifles) with a clip, magazine or any method of auto feeding ammunition.
IF THIS BILL PASSES THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN POSSESS ANY WEAPON DESCRIBED ABOVE WILL BE TO REGISTER IT THROUGH THE NEW PROCESS (then they own you).
TO OWN A WEAPON CLASSIFIED UNDER HR-45:
1. It must be registered to YOU.
2. You MUST be 18 or older
3. You will be fingerprinted
4. You SHALL (that means WILL) supply a current Driver's License, Name, Address and Date of Birth Verified and any other names you have been known by.
5. You SHALL supply your Social Security #
6. You SHALL submit to a physical & mental evaluation at any time of any government agency's choosing
7. Each update - change or ownership through private or public sale must be reported and costs $25
Failure to do so and you will automatically lose the right to own a firearm and are then subject up to a year in jail.
This bill gives any government Federal, State or City agency the right to come and inspect that you are storing your gun safely away from accessibility to children and fine is punishable for up to 5 yrs. in prison AT A WHIM!
There is a child provision clause on page 16 section 305 stating a child-access provision.
Gun must be locked and inaccessible to any child under 18. If they don't like the way you store your weapon, you're TOAST!

But, more and more people are becoming aware of this. Pass the word along. Any hunters in your family - BETTER pass this along.
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
Peter Boyles suggests the best way to fight this is to
1. "Spring into Action" IMMEDIATELY and Tell all your friends about it A.S.A.P.
2. Join a pro-gun group (these groups also get the word out and Lobby Washington )

2. Colorado Rifle Association
3. Hunting associations
4. Gun clubs
3. Email AND Snailmail (US Mail) your Senators and Congressmen IMMDEIATELY
1. Tell them that You do NOT support this bill and do NOT want them to vote its passage.
THESE GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS ARE ACCOUNTABLE TO YOU AND YOU NEED TO LET THEM KNOW THAT YOU DON'T APPROVE OF THIS BILL!
You need to email them AND send them letters... These people REALLY respond to written letters with a postage stamp.
This is another "termite" approach to complete confiscation of guns and disarming of our society to the point we have no defense. They will chip away a little here and there until their goal is accomplished and they do it quietly, trying to get it passed before anyone realizes it.
This is one to act on whether you own a gun or not.
We The People, must STAND and PROTECT our RIGHTS because it is evident that our government is entangled with liberals who want to DICTATE how we will live, and to do that they first need to take away our CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS!
Right NOW the Constitution protects us and allows us great freedoms and makes THEM criminal if they punish us for owning firearms.
If this bill is passed, it will supersede our rights and WE will become the criminals.
THIS IS ONLY THE FIRST BARRAGE AT A MASSIVE CHIPPING AWAY AT OUR RIGHTS!
WHAT'S NEXT?
If you take away our constitutional right to bear arms, only the criminal will have guns to use against YOU.
HR 45 only makes All of US less safe.
If this bill passes, criminals will be very happy because they will certainly be in much less danger from their victims, ESPECIALLY in their victims HOMES.
