How many points is MAX for Arizona Non resident Mule Deer and How many NR have that max number. Thanks

in 2009 the "MAX" is 12 B.P.with more than 200 N.R. with this amount.35-40 N.R. draw out of this Max Pool each year.

Is that 11 Max current with 1 going into this year to make 12?

12 total, counting both hunter ed and loyalty. And more nonresidents move into it each year from one down by taking hunter ed than draw tags. The 11 point pool is much bigger, and most nonresidents in that don't have the hunter ed.

There are 221 people as of 7/23/08 with 12 (Max) deer points. Made up of 60 Residents, and 161 non-residents. There are 699 with 11 points, 115 Res and 584 Non-res. Of the people with 11, there are 159 missing the hunter education point that could and probably will move into the max category by taking the class at some point. This is why the Max group keeps going up each year for non-residents as the 10% tag cap in the premium units is smaller than the people taking the hunter education class.
