WY cc question

a buddy of mine with whom i put in with for WY told me his cc had been hit last week. does anyone know if WY G&F hits cc's prior to the drawing? i was under the impression they did not hit cc's unless you drew and the drawing would not happen until after the objectives were set. any other info. would be great.

LAST EDITED ON Apr-19-09 AT 11:53AM (MST)[p]In Wyoming you have to front your money. If you don't draw Wyoming refunds your money, minus application fees and preference point charges.
