Need info on NE Nebraska Mule Deer Hunt

Can anyone give me information on hunting mule deer in north east Nebraska, specifically in mule deer unit ?Pine Ridge?, Sioux County, along the Niobrara River?
Our hunting group has gained access to a 15,000 acre ranch along the Niobrara River for the Nebraska rifle season (the week before thanksgiving). We plan hunting it DIY. Is anyone familiar with the area and are there many mule deer in that area?
