The guy worked very hard to get this buck. He spent a lot of time in the hills to pull it all together. He's a great guy and I'm glad he pulled it all together. To see his last trophy, just watch the previous hunt of the week.

LAST EDITED ON Sep-03-09 AT 11:29AM (MST)[p]he may have worked hard to get that buck and the other 5x6 his buddy shoot. but its a bunch of bull that he hit a buck that was bigger then that one, and in two and a half weeks he has never been able to find or see the deer alive again. so he goes and shoots another deer instead of cuttin his tag or trying to find the deer he hit first. just my opinion.

I heard this was a general Utah bow hunt . I got the picture a couple of weeks ago . Just don't know any info on the hunt or hunters ? Anybody know the real story ?

No, I am not talking about his kill. I think its a great buck. Im just talking about his ethics and how it was unethical to shoot and wound a deer and not find him alive or dead and then go shoot another one just cause you cant find the first. Im sure there are a lot of people that wound deer and end up shooting another, but I disagree with it.

WOW BUD! Not sure we are talking about the same guy. You sure you got your facts straight? Just asking. I haven't heard anything about any other wounded deer. I have hear of another guy wounding another deer not finding it.

Congrats to the hunter that took this buck. Maybe not the biggest buck that'll get taken this year but gotta be in the running. He'd be a dream come true in my or anybody else's camp.
