mule deer ,do they come to feeder,licks,etc.

i have been trieng to get mule deer to come to my molasis blocks,salt licks,corn blocks etc,its put in an area that deer are in all the time,but they just wont try it.is trophy rock work much better?can anyone give any pointers,thanks

They eat what they need so if they don't need any of that stuff they would come.

This winter start out feeding them some alafla/grass hay then mix in some grains then the sweet stuff, it will help them thru the winter plus they will start liking it.
