I know that this buck was taken in nevada area 24 and was taken with the govenors tag not sure of the guys name but what a hog

I was thinking the same thing, Steve. Nice intro to the site, FEDup! That is a beautiful buck.

Muleyfreak8---Man U know nothing the gov tags are held by Tommy Ford, the one tag has already been filled back in August, the story will come out soon enough!

There ain't one thing true in these threads yet! The closest thing to the truth is the spread it's 37 1/2"

So who cares where, what, and how. ITS DEAD

Well said greezee bulls. sorry for the amped up post earlier.. 12+ cups of coffee today and its monday...i know it wasnt a gov. tag and it was killed in 221...

I agree with fedup. There are copyright laws and people that post a photo without ownership (legal copyright) or permission can be held liable for damages. Founder could also be found liable for allowing it to happen. If someone leaks a photo that could have been sold for thousands to a magazine, a jury could make you pay restitution for that amount.

T glad you posted the pic. If folks don't like it, then don't circulate yer photos or let others take yer pic's. Otherwise, too damn bad!

Well EXCUSE ME I had a guy show me a picture of the buck and he said he was there so thats where i got my info but i guess you know more than me so i wont say another word

SOORRRY !!!! If I didnt post it someone else might have. Besides I have seen other people post pictures with pretty much the same comment as I did.

I posted this beautiful buck for everyone to see and admire. To answer your question, yes just cause I got it on email it does give me the right to post it on websites, have you ever read a forwarded email with a funny joke then passed it along for someone else so they can get a good laugh? besides the photo doesnt have a copyright stamp on it.

I understand what you are saying and it could seem wrong in a way but that was not my intention and to be perfectly honest the way you have approached me has really got me amp'd up with no coffee in my system......... so I will just sit back and take a deep breath and tell myself that this just a beautiful buck and I am glad I was able to share this photo with everyone, even though I know nothing about the deer, the man or the story.

That is a very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very BIG deer. I would kill for a deer like that. He is going to make a good looking mount. Congrats.

ok for one there was no instruction to not share or post this pic! I received it a couple days ago and forwarded it to 250+ people in my contacts list! and when I get a pic that asks me not to resend or post I don't. this one did not have any such request.

i think you just have to read FOUNDERS post on "292 GIANT"

he plainly states that he recieved an E-mail and figures he could post it. granted if it's forwarded to him, someone probably wants it posted. BUT it sounds like he did "have permission"

i think your probably o.k. and i'm glad you posted it :). this crap about " please dont share my pictures" is stupid. it's hunting. there was a time that we would all enjoy everyones great bucks. i realize you can get paid for the stories, but it's the shooters own fault for creating the 1st E-mail.

Wow! Could you imagine glassing that buck up on a hunt! I bet that guy is still giggling!

This buck is the brother to the modena ghost. He was taken just west of modena.
