Colorado Buck/doe Ratios

When you are choosing an area to apply for, how much stock do you put in the post hunt Buck/doe ratios. I've seen a wide spectrum of numbers and I was wondering if a 66/100 ratio area would necessarily be a better hunting than say a 29/100 area?

If so then which seasons would you say the high B/D area.

I you look into other CDOW stats some will give you a breakdown into buck/doe ratio for 'mature' bucks not necessarily a every buck/doe ratio. I would look into those stats a little further then decide.
Yes, obviously later hunting seasons (3rd/4th) will have more 'viewable' bucks as the rut may be going on. It doesnt change the buck/doe ratio though.
You will see different ratios too because of varying tag numbers.
