Idaho and Wyoming tag prices

Now is a good time to raise the prices on tags in Idaho and Wyoming. Whether you guys like it or not I am willing to pay a premium price to hunt out of state and contribute to a state that doesn't cater to the interests of one individual.

Idaho here comes a rush of sportsmen from the south just waiting for you to take their money. I already have a group of great residents that have been encouraging me to join them and this year is definitely the year.

I am not sure if your post is supposed to be joking or not, but Idaho's nonresident tags are a dang rip-off for the mostly crappy hunting you will get.(I know there will always be exceptions). I think they found out this year that a lot of nonresidents feel the same way.

You might have unlimited funds ,but most of us do not and if they raise licenses in the west, there is always a few that drop out of the draw. That might be good for those that can afford the cost ,but sad for those that can't.
In a country that has the highest unemployment rate in history,I would think it is a poor time to even think of a price increase.

WY was smarter about it, get you hooked on their points. Hide an increase one year as a points fee. They make you think you are getting something for the price increase, get you to invest in it, then you are hooked. They can price gouge at will in the future...you will feel forced to pay or lose your investment.

ID just does it year to year, letting you evaluate current status and make a decision based on this year's rules. Any guesses as to ID's next move to get nonresident's back? My guess it's not lowering prices to what the market will bear for the hunting's own merit.
