Best odds with 6 Points ARCHERY

I'm more of an elk hunter and my waiting period ends after this draw so I would like to burn the deer points I have if it's even a possibility.

Don't mind where I hunt as long as I have a CHANCE at a decent buck, 160+. I would be able to scout and put forth a serious effort so the terrain and location has no play in the decision.

Henries all the way man-your guarenteed a tag!!!.....yeah right. I'd say vernon or san juan, but with 6 points it's still a long shot.

Diamond Mtn is a good possibility for 6 points. There were several great bucks 180 or better taken this past year.

What state? I am assuming that you are talking about Utah because most of the folks who post stuff in the General/Mule Deer/Elk sections and don't put a state just assume that this site is all about Utah!

I would say book cliffs a lot of 150+ deer and the chance at 180 to 190 if you hunt hard

You could likely draw the book cliffs or vernon with that amount of points.

I would do Book Cliffs or Vernon. Both hold the caliber of deer your after and the odds you need to draw. Either tag will not disappoint you if you scout it out and hunt hard. Good luck in your decision and hunt!
