WY Unit 117 Question

Wondering if anyone has feedback on mule deer hunting in Unit 117. Eastman MRS has it rated high in all categories except for terrain. Any input is appreciated.

The head of Jack creek usually holds a few decent bucks. I saw a group of 6 there a couple years ago and two were what I would consider shooters; around 26". I've seen a few bucks up ##### creek and Gwynn Fork also. Not a lot of deer in the unit. Plenty of grizzlies and wolves though.

We hunted elk up the Greybull River several years ago. Mulled applying for deer at the same time, but the biologist I spoke with said very few deer in the area and finding a big buck would be a challenge. He didn't lie. We never did see a deer the whole time we were in the wilderness. Go check out Sundeens website who is about the only outfitter who hunts the area. I don't think I've ever seen a deer pic on his site.

Thanks for your input. Maybe I'll be able to buy a wolf tag by then for a deer/wolf combo hunt.
