CO 2nd season 21 or 3rd season 30

Help, I intend to burn my 11 non-resident Colorado deer points this year. I have too many points for many areas, but not enough to draw the elite units while still young enough to hunt them. I've heard good things about both units, but am not sure which would be a better hunt.

I'm not looking for detailed info on these units, just arguments as to which of these would be a better hunt.
