Yep, UNFORTUNATELY we as nonresidents can apply for multiple species. Which DRASTICALLY LOWERS our odds of drawing ANYTHING!

I would gladly switch with residents who can only apply for one LE a year. Then at least I might draw my elk tag in the next decade.
