Concerning dropping out of Oregon's draw: For all that participated in the thread I had on here before the draw application closed titled "My email to Oregon" I got about 100 replies, (some from the Oregon forum, too) and as promised, I printed them off and sent them in to Oregon's commission with a goodbye letter. It was a lot of pages of comment- thanks!
Doubt I'll ever hear from them, but if I do, I'll let you know.
My complaint (and most other's) was not the price increase, but how bad the value was for the increase (2.5% NR cap for self-guided hunters.)
Hopefully we increased the odds for those of you who stayed in.
