I put in for deer and antelope about 3 weeks ago and now I have decided to put in with a friend and attach my application to his. When I go in and edit this information to attach my application to his it wants to charge me all over again. Because I have to delete my application for deer and antelope that I have already paid for and it says that there is no refunds once you do that. It's not a huge deal because its only $6. I am wondering if there is a way for them to just attach the app I already did and paid for instead of me deleting it and starting over. I hope this make sense , its been a long day. Have any of you ran across this?

i thought all you had to do was "add to application" then type in the passphrase and password they gave you when you submitted yours. bu entering these two things it should automatically attach to the original application.

It does but it still leaves my old application in there and asks me to pay for the new one. Then I tried to delete the old one and its says that the money will not be refunded.

I think you are going to be stuck with the six dollar charges as the attach feature is intended for people to put in together from the start, not after the fact.

It looks like they are extending the deadline to the 10th of April now! Probably due to their new system or process on how the online applications are being done.
It's pretty confusing and not a very good design and not very user friendly at all.
For a department that led the way in pioneering the online application process and just paying the application fee instead, they sure have messed up on this. (Doing user testing and impact or performance testing when their servers are being overloaded during the time before a deadline)
From a computer developer standpoint, it looks like that you will have to create a new draw application, as they system isn't "smart" enough to find your application, add another applicant, if there is room for them, add the additional fees and submit the extra applicants as well on the updated version.
I wanna put in for antelope with friends and they all have to create user accounts and then attach to my application. When they do that, there is not central repository provided on where you pay and it does not show if your part of the application you just "added" yourself into!

It is a pain, You have to do what you did, creat an account for yourself, and make the application #XXXXX. With pass word BLA BLA. Pay the 6.00, Then you or your friend or you needs to creat a new account for him, Then once the account is done he should have the option to make a new application or attach to another application. Choose the attach then he must have the BLA BLA password and your application will pop-up and then he puts in his info and pays his 6.00. that should be it.
