SD scouting big buck

Here is a horrible picture of a deer we found this week. He was a very long ways out there so the picture is very poor sorry. I think its time to upgrade video camera so I can hook it to the computer instead of taking a picture of it on tv.

I think he may be a shooter, he looked pretty impressive through the binos. He is both wide and tall. Any ways he has a pretty good frame and is on public land. Enjoy

I am going back tomorrow evening to the same area hopefully I can get something better to post. For sure a shooter public land buck in SD. He has that wow factor when you see him.

I don't know about the rest of your season, but I would be looking for that thing till the last minute of the last day! Even with the messed up picture, that buck is massive.

I agree with Nickman, it would be really tough to shoot any other buck as long as i knew that this one was still alive and in my area.

I'm hoping that you can get some better pic's!!

Nice looking buck from what I can see he's a shooter and than some. I have killed two nice bucks in South Dakota and it's my favorite place to hunt mule deer and you tag out early there is some great pheasant hunting. Lots of fun and can't wait to go back.
