Nevada area 10 help

I have a Nevada area 10 early season bow tag. I spent the first two days hiking all over the Wells side and found nothing. I would like to hunt the west side, but I am from Utah and I am not sure were to start. I would appreciate any help I could get.

How close to Wells were you? I am heading that direction in 3 days.Just curious where you were and what you seen. The west side has alot of private property until you get further down South.I am hearing that the deer are really high right now.I hunted the west side down South of Harrison yesterday and seen nothing.Went up Harrison pass and seen alot of hunters over there.If you keep looking,you will come across something. How many days are you here for?

I hunted the Weeks access and had a friend that hunted off the Humbolt trail head(far north). I saw a total of five does and he had about the same luck. I had to leave, but I a coming back next week for seven days. Good luck to you!
