Biggest buck to date for me.

He finally bedded down and with everything perfect me and the lil bro was able to close within 28 yards of him. I could not believe how big he actually was. Just under 28" mark with perfect symmetrical forks. I believe right around a 176. FOr public land and a bow not bad especially being my first ever with a bow.

Thanks guys. Ya it was alittle tough to be so patient cuz the longer i waited on him the farther away from the top he got and i just kept followin him down the ridge line. He actually bedded down and when we was half way to him he got back up and kept on down the hill for a bit till he bedded a second time. HE didnt have aclue we was there until it was to late and the arrow was in flight. What a day. Took us 9 hours to get him out of there.

Sorry guys. The buck was taken in Utah on public land. I have spent many days watchin him and some of his friends so to actually be able to get him was a great feeling.
I can loan her to ya anytime she loves that stuff. In fact believe it or not she packed him out most of the way so it really was not to bad on me. ha ha But im sure im gonna have to return the favor later on when she kills her limited enrty bull.
