Those are actually the fence around the AZGFD drinker. Keep the cows out of the wildlife water. They use solid steel for fence.

Yes my camera does have a infrared flash .
Its a Moultrie Game spy I40 ,I got pretty lucky to have that deer walk in at the right time .
