Here is a buck I got last sunday. He only has a 19 1/8 inside spread but every thing else is good on him minus no brow tines.
I had been trying to help my dad get this buck but he is getting up in the years. Combine his age, being from Minnesota and the deep snow he was getting just too tired. So he talked me into going by myself Sunday afternoon and 15 minutes later as he was just getting back to camp for a nap, I had the buck down that we were chasing :-(

Great CO buck right there.....I will take mass n' trash over just normal but wide any day of the week!!!

Wow..!!! Probably my favorite buck I've seen this year... I love tall heavy bucks that aren't wide... Best looking in my opinion...

If that's only a decent buck then I want to hunt where you hunt!
It's a stud!
Congratulations.

LAST EDITED ON Nov-01-10 AT 10:12AM (MST)[p]Thanks guys, he is by far bigger than I could expect, just wanted to ruffle some feathers :) He is at the taxidermist already. Can't wait to get him up next to my big whitetail, not sure which one I like more but they are both great bucks.
I know it is asking a lot but one day I hope to get one that breaks that magical 200" mark, I got a good 30-40 years to accomplish it so maybe.
The pictures do not show it but nearly all his tines are mildly bladed too, so it gives him some additional character that is great to admire up close.

Also it shows you do not need to spend 10-20 preference points in CO to shoot a big one!
Best of luck to everyone with a tag yet.

Browning Rage, haven't seen you on here for awhile... ;-) Good to hear from you.
