Read it again! Says they spent ALMOST 3 million over a 5 year span. Then it shows that they killed 1700 last year ALONE!

"In the last five years, the Division has provided almost $3 million to Wildlife Services to control coyotes in areas that are important to our deer populations. Last year alone, Wildlife Services killed more than 1,700 coyotes in critical deer habitat areas with funding and guidance provided by the Division"

The bigger joke is 70 million on habitat and no more deer!

If they killed even 10,000 coyotes over the span of five years that would stll be $300 for each dog they killed. Instead they should rais the bounty to $100 for a set of ears and let us take care of the yotes. Gaurantee it would be cheaper and more effective.
