The how wide game

LAST EDITED ON Dec-25-10 AT 02:22PM (MST)[p]Seems everyone wants to know how wide his/her deer is so I am going to ask everyone, how wide do you think this buck is? Friends tell me smaller than I think he is, but I think he is pretty good, am I giving him too much credit?

My brother shot a buck identical to this one on the archery hunt near Scofield, Utah this year. I can't believe how similar they are. What area did this picture come from? His buck was 25 wide. Cool pics. His buck had a 1.5 inch eyeguard on the right (4 point) side. That's the only different I can see.

He is hitting right around the 30" mark. Great main beams, to bad his backs are not better.

Thanks guys, I would have thought that he would go 30+ but the more I look at him I think he is only about 27. This is a wyoming buck, I saw him several times while scouting through the summer, I wish I could have gotten on him during the season, but like many other bucks he disappeared and I never saw him during the season.

He is wider than 27, I would give him more like 29 but One of those bucks you hate to see breeding does!

I agree! I'm looking that he's at least 3-4" outside his ears at the Top of his rack. To me, that puts him 28+, maybe 30"
