I hope someone comes forward with information or they have enough evidence to find and convict the culprit(s)! They should not only have huge monetary penalties, but also should lose all their equipment and receive a lifetime ban from hunting. That would also carry over to 30+ states that are in the Wildlife Violator Compact!!!

I have a pictures of this same one and it was sent to me a week or so before Christmas in a Christmas card from a friend in WYO. Stated it was poached between Big Piney and LaBarge on the Green River on private property.

Hope they catch the POS that did it.

Seems like we have been experiencing higher than normal poaching in Wy this year.Several incidents have occurred near Evanston as well(a month or two ago).I don't know what we can do to stop this from happening,but I'm damn sure getting sick of it.I'll guarantee you only a fraction of these cases gets found out about.You guys from Utah that are fighting about how to improve your buck quality should take a good hard look at drastically increasing poaching penalties.Poachers rarely take small bucks and does.How much would quality improve if there was no poaching??Not much makes my blood boil worse than poaching SCUM!Winter range/trophy poaching should be made a FELONY.Those convicted can NEVER hunt again,nor possess ANY firearm!!
