I'm disgusted by this news... Of all the places in this state where we need roads, nice functioning roads, and they want to pave the Books...???!! Keep some areas sacred please, keep some areas wild. The deer in the Books aren't docile because they are tame, they are docile because they have no reason to fear men because they have so little contact with them...

I'll get behind whoever wants to fight the "Paving of the Book Cliffs"... if we can even do anything to stop it...

The end is near!! The oil patch is ruining more than just a few remote spots of the state. Well at least my farvin questar bill is still triple digits, gawd knows what it would be with out our beloved natural resources getting raped to hell by the oil/gas companys.
