Score Contest 17

Okay starting with contest 15 we will keep tabs until contest 30 on who has the lowest overall average in the score contests. If you want to be eligible for the new bow to be handed out to the winner you must compete in 12 of the 15 contest. So play a strategy game or play all 13 remaining contest and see where you end up! Tell your buddies it's not to late to get going to have a chance at the bow.

I have some good news and some bad news. Bad news is Sportsman Warehouse felt like there was not enough people playing to make it worth their time, so they have discontinued to give prizes for our contest. The Good news is they let me keep the bow that our overall winner will claim here in a few months. SO the remaining contest will have to enjoy a video and a hat that founder has donated until the big prize. If you know anyone who like to donate some stuff to give away please contact me.

Remember all contest will begin on Sunday and end the following Saturday from now on. It should be every Sunday, but I may miss one along the way so don't freak out.

Okay, let's get to this weeks animal. How would you like to be 15 and draw the Pauns Limited Entry Tag? Well with one bonus point Tyler Lazenby did just that. Tyler and his Dad hunted hard and passes on some great bucks. Tyler didn't to shabby for his first big buck. Congrats Ty.

This Weeks Rules.

1. Closest Score or Scores will win if the correct score is not guessed.
2. Anyone who guesses over the score will be out of the running. So basically closest score without going over.
3. If you do go over, don't worry this will not factor into the overall score contest with the bow.
4. Only one guess per member please.
5. Winner will receive a hat and a hunting video.

I have not been following these contests, and I don't understand the rules. Is it gross score? In the final contest for the bow, if you go over on this contest, are you out of the overall contest? Not enough info provided for me to make an educated guess on what to do.

Ans since I'm left handed, is there a left handed option on the bow?

I'd guess this buck grosses about 178.

icmdeer, to answer your questions. Yes, gross score always on the contests. The best overall average from the 15 contests will win a bow. This weeks contests is how close you can get with out going over. It does not affect anything in the overall contest if you go over. The closest score will win this weeks prize. So your goal is to win each weeks contests or get as close as you can. If you do so that would put you in the running for the bow. You need to play in 12 of 15 contests to be eligible. The overall will end with contest 30. All contests start on Sunday and run through the week and end on Saturday. This should give you time to log on once a week and place your score. If anyone has any questions just PM me.

Also, just to clarify. An official Scorer has donated his time to score all the animals in the contest. Only he and I know the scores.
