Don't wait 10 plus years in the general draw to get a "Coveted" late rifle deer.This special draw can be drawn with 0-4 bonus points,in most years.Plenty of time to decide,the applications can be done ONLINE and applications deadline is not till Mar 11 --- with a quick turn around and results/draw by Mar 23rd.

what a crock, there definately are better perks to being a non res than a res I guess

The NR guide quota takes a percentage of last year's nonresident rifle deer tag quota out of this year's nonresident rifle deer tag quota. If does not affect the resident draw at all. Nonesident draw odds in the outfitter pool are better than those in the nonresident regular draw odds, but still lower than resident draw odds. Certainly it is not a nonresident "perk". At least I don't see it that way
