Central Region Where?

My dad and grandpa and I drew general central region tags. It will be a family hunt. Anyway, I have not hunted the area in almost forever and was wondering if anybody had any pointers on where to start looking or how to hunt the area? I would really like to get them on some deer. I have heard it is a difficult area. How is the area near Strawberry res., hows the west desert, how is the area near Ephraim/Manti? Which is best? Any info is appreciated. Feel free to PM me if needs be.

The huntable areas of Ephraim/Manti are not in the Central region.

There are some walk in areas west of Manti/Epraim, but they won't be great. We have family with land west of Manti but the hunting isn't great with the 3cat, 20 coyote to 1 deer ratio. Good luck
