2011 Idaho High County Mule Deer

I harvested this guy 9/10/11 in the high country of Idaho. I first spotted this buck mid July on a scouting trip and he was living in the same basin when I harvested him. I stalked him and his 4 of his buddies while they were bedded and sent an arrow his way at 40 yards.

It was a great hunt and I am looking forward to next season!

Congrat's Nice Buck and sounds like a complete hunt. Good scouting in July then you found him again during the season and made a great stalk...always hard when there are several sets of eyes and ears tagging along when you are trying to get close for a shot./ then ))))------> Great Pics and a rewarding 2011...That is what archery is all about
