LAST EDITED ON Oct-30-11 AT 01:28PM (MST)[p]Not a great buck but he is 22w 23h and is a 7x5 counting eye guards. He has a 4 inch drop tine on his left side. I took a couple pictures and got statred. I had a mile to pack out and took me a couple of trips.

Since when is a 5x7 with a drop tine considered "not a great buck"? You should be proud of that buck. He's a dandy!

Don't get me wrong it is a fine buck. I bow hunt only except I had such a bad year bow hunting I pulled out the gun to gun one of these down I chased all season. I'm just comparing to other bucks on this site. It is average at best with all the great deer you guys kill.

Nebo...If someone could shoot a buck that good every year in a general unit???? I dont know . That is a awesome buck . If you could shoot one that good every five years on a general tag that would be great. Dwr is fixxing that next year with the new units ?????? That way we can shoot 170 class bucks every year ;-)
