Here's a couple pics of my good friend Matt Bateman's Utah Late Season Archery Buck he got yesterday right at dark. After I played cat and mouse with this buck most the day, he bedded down 80 yards from me in the thick oak and offered me no shot. So, we got Matt positioned behind the buck and I moved in and bumped him from his bed. He worked his way straight towards Matt who had set up in a perfect ambush location. The buck went past Matt at 24 yards and Matt slammed him with a perfect heart shot. The buck went less than 75 yards. He's nearly 27" wide with a pretty unique frame. Congrats to Matt on making his shot count when the opportunity presented itself. Once again, it was a great expereince to be apart of. Congrats buddy on a great buck!
