Great year for my boys

This was Jakes first year hunting big game. He harvested a spike with a great stalk and a one shot one kill to the heart. On the deer hunt he was able to harvest a very respectable 3X4 with another great shot after a long stalk. This was Walkers third buck in as many years he made an amazing shot just befor dark on opening day. Its a proud moment when a dad can go hunting with his boys and they put to use all that they have been taught over the years to make great stalks and ethicle shots. Being with my boys and sharing in their experiences, I could care less if I had even hunted myself.

My son is now 8 and has been hunting with me for the past three years. I wish Utah would re-evaluate it's hunting ages. I too cannot wait for his first photo with an animal he has taken. For now I'm just glad he is with me to share and gain my passion.
