Dang it! I struckout again. How could I go unsuccessful year after year? It's not fair. Everyone draws that tag except me.

You got me showthemtome lol, just tryin to make myself feel better about the unsuccessful email

Don't lose sleep over it, you should draw one in the next 4,500 years. That's the problem with gambling...although it will take 56 lifetimes to draw a sportsman tag, someone has to draw it. It likely just won't be me, or you.

Does anyone know what the true odds are of drawing the Sportsman's deer tag? I get that it might be once in 56 lifetimes, but I'm interested in more concrete numbers.

I didnt get my first choice of a sportsman deer tag , but I'm the lucky son of a gun that drew my second choice . Sportsmans tag for the ever elusive Jackalope . Hope I can swing enough vacation time and can save up enough money for the fuel costs .

I'm setting my goals pretty high and I will either harvest a monster jackalope in the 250" range or I'll eat the tag . Good luck to the rest of you guys drawing the less sought after tags .

I got a monster Jack we've been watching around Bonanza. Not sure if he'll go 250 but he's dang close and a nontypical to boot. I'd post a pic but someone my recognize the area and poach him. With the point creep that jack will die of old age before I draw.

"Courage is being scared to death but saddling
up anyway."

Bonaza Huh . Thanks for the tip tailchaser . I'll keep that in mind since I love a nontypical jack . Of course my phone has been ringing off the hook from all the big money guides who want to get a slice of the pie . I have had a few tips there are some monster jackalops out in the middle of the salt flats . Seems strange to me , but me nephews uncles sisters cousin is a CIA operative and he has access to all the whiz bang sattelites so if there is a big un out there I'll find him .

I got an E-Mail that says a guy from woods cross got the Deer and the Elk both!!! It has his's letter from Nevada in it I can't post it because it has his name and address in it he might not like that! It looks real can any one confirm this that might know him. my friend that sent it to me has fished with him.
