okay, i just looked up the definition of "pisscutter", and I have no idea of how it relates to mule deer. this is what is states

"piss cutter"

The mat of pubic hair on a female that must be parted before urination or the stream of urine will be split into a disgusting spray of nasty hot piss.

How the hell does that relate to a mule deer??? I am absolutely confused??
