2011 5 for 5

I have not posted on here for a very long time but I wanted to share our 2011 success. My son and I had a great year. The first hunt was just for me in Wyoming. On the second day of the hunt this buck was too tough to pass on.

Next was Utah and the general season. My son was able to take his first Utah buck.

The second weekend I had my 7 year old son with me and we were able to get this 3x4. My son was pumped!

Finally, it was off to Colorado. My son was able to make a great one shot kill on this 3x4.

After 4 days of great hunting and passing many bucks, I shot this buck.

Overall it was an awesome year. We had more than enough meat for ourselves and were able to help out some other families with it. Also, some great memories were made with my boys.
