i know how much you guys love to bash subarus so figured i would throw some fuel on the fire, buck was taken with general season central utah tag, did the mount my self

not at all it has a big rubber mat in the back, just took it out and hosed it off!it gives a new meaning to wolf in sheeps clothing, and gets great mpg

I'll bet most fellow LEZBARU's on the road wouldn't like the looks of it!

Well maybe c3 would!:D

Hot Dog,Hot Damn,I love this Ameri-can

Since when does any of us care what the rest of the nutter crowd thinks of what it looks like? I got a letter revoking my Lezbaru Club of America membership delivered Express Mail the day I got back from the San Juan a little over a year ago :)

Great buck outdoorfool27 !!!

Cheers,
Pete

Whatever happened to that ChloroxRus feller who drove the Subaru Brat around?

I hope you made some laps around the environmental friendly, anti-hunting capital of Utah- the U of U!

I don't think there is any other quality so essential to success
of any kind as the quality of perseverance. It overcomes
almost everything, even nature.

gotta find the pic I put my first buck into my moms CHRYSLER SEBRING convertible. I guess when your truck takes a ##### the day before hunting season you find anyway possible to go

that putting the Old Subaru to a good job. Nice Buck too.

Well that gives me a whole different perspective on a subaru... Cool buck!

Is it a requirement to have a backcountry sticker on all subaru's? I guess I see more of them cause I work next to the place.

All the talk of lesbarus reminds me of a story. I was working late nights seasonally at Bear River Bird Refuge. There were always high school kids down the old grated road "messin' around" while I was out working. I drove more than one kid back to Brigham City with a broke down car or higher tha a kite.

One night a Subaru (from Oregon) was parked and the windows were fogged up..pretty typical. I worked all night and on the way home the car was still there hours later. It was COLD and I was a bit worried wondering if they were alright since it had been 6 hours+.

I walked up to the car and they cracked the door before I could tap on the window. It was two women and I quickly realized everybody was warm and cozy and naked (from the waist up), and they didn't need my assistance (unfortunately). From what I could see they weren't the Rosie O'Donnel type.

Since then I've moved to Oregon (for work, not chasing a fantasy) but haven't seen any Lesbarus that didn't have two walruses aboard...

Just another story about a different kind of rack in a subaru...but one I'll never forget.

Great buck BTW.

Very nice subaru buck! You did yourself proud and the car looks a bit more like a huntin' wagon to me now!

Maybe our paradigm is shifting about what a hunting car is supposed to look like.

LAST EDITED ON Jan-03-12 AT 04:26PM (MST)[p]I am so happy to see your picture. I hate what Subaru's stand for. I understand that they get good gas milage and have all-wheel drive. It could make a good scouting vehicle as it kills me to feed the Chevy 454. That said I won't be seen in a subaru. I would love it if you could get on some of the Subaru forums and post up your pic. It'll be received about as well as a tree huggin PETA - anti coming on here, but it sure would be fun to deflate the subaru image a bit.

P.S. I think you may have the only Subaru in the state of Utah that doesn't have bumper stickers of Obama-08, Sierra Club, Save Wild Utah, or UWA on it.

You need to slap a white buck silouette and an NRA bumper sticker on it.

Not so Pines!

I think c3 also has one!:D

Well, the kid was home for X-mas break and I gave him free reign of my truck. I did drive the wifeypoo's Gaybaru a few times. It's quite emasculating. It's the only car company that I know of that has targeted gays directly with their television advertising. They are great Alaska cars though and she love's hers.
