Looked to me like the bucks were being harrassed by vehicles in the video and were trying to get away. When that one got onto the bridge there were two options of either getting hit by the oncoming truck or jumping. He jumped and unfortunately it was a long way to the bottom! That was my take on it when I saw it on another website a couple days ago.
