something different, calling muleys

Anyone that wants to see 2 muleys called in, get busted, call them back in and killed need to watch the Outlanders TV show on the sportsman channel tonight. Hunter is a good friend of mine so just trying to help get the word out about it. I know you muley nuts would like to see something that honestly most of us have never seen before...

LAST EDITED ON Jan-12-12 AT 07:11PM (MST)[p]Just turned on the tv and what do you know, this show just started. I have called in a ton of deer while coyote calling. Ive been charged and had deer gritting their teeth pissed @ 10 feet but I have never tried calling them in during the deer hunt.

Hey, I caught the last part myself and I'm hoping to get to see a rerun soon. Wow that's as cool as rattling in whitetail in south Texas. Does anyone know exactly which call Steve McIntosh was using? I'd like to give that a whirl down here, at least when things get a little boring.

actully.....been doing it for a long time......just dont like to tell people about it.....so much for that lil hat trick.....everyone and there mother is going to be blowing a distress call now.....LOL!!!

I haven't watched the show, but several years ago when the hunting was slow over in the Badlands near Worland where we were seeing a lot of coyotes we set up with a mouth distress call after a morning hunt. The first thing that came charging in within a couple minutes was four adult mulie does ready to fight! I couldnt' believe it and when they went to leave my buddy would blow the call and they would stop right in their tracks.
