New LE deer unit in UT?

Sorry if this has already been discussed and I missed it or if I'm misinterpretting something.

I was just looking at the big game proclamation for Utah and one of the maps lists 2d around Monte Cristo as a limited entry deer unit. Is that new for this year? For some reason I couldn't see it was available to draw on the LE list. Not that I want to put in for it this yr, but down the rd seems like that could be a cool hunt if the quality came back w a little crowd management.

What's going on?

That's the Crawfords. Always been a LE unit. Just a special one that general hunters can hunt cuz there aren't any deer there until late winter....

There are also 30 other LE deer units also.

Rumor has it from DWR and SFW to get rid of the Vernon unit in 2 years and it will be general season LE deer unit like the 30 others they just made.
