Contest Results Thru # 7

nmbighorn is in the lead, maybe he'll win some of his own money that he contributed to the contest!

I still expect the results to jump around a bit as the drops start coming into play more and more.

nmbighorn doesn't have room to make a mistake like he did on this last contest anymore. Idahosmitty has the low number in the drop column right now and is poised to move up, same with Browningbar23 and LuckyTag.

Still a long way to go before it's over. Just over the halfway mark now.

If anyone sees an error or has a question let me know.

Yes - you get to drop the worst 3 scores. (The rules are posted on each of the contest posts).

Hey Nathan - would it be too much trouble to ask for just a Contest 7 result? Pretty easy to sort it in Excel. If you have time that would be fun to see.

Yes, you get to drop the worst 3 scores if you enter all of the contests. If you miss a contest that counts as one of your drops.

Here's my explaination from last week on how it works.

1st it simply totals the scores for each contest in the total column. Then it counts the number of contests that user has entered and puts it in the "Cnt" column. Based on the number of contests entered it calculates how many drops that person has and puts that in the "Drp" column. Next the spreadsheet calculates the largest misses and puts them in order in the "Large 1", "Large 2", and "Large 3" columns. Then checks how many drops that person gets and removes the largest drops that it can to get to the net.

Roy, I enter the results for each contest as that last post for that contest. I don't sort the results, just leave them in the order of the posts. Is that what you are wanting?

Hey, Im not showing up in there, Ive missed a couple of the scores is that why????

JakeH---It's probably because you are late getting into the contests. As an example, you just put a guess down for contest #8 an hour or so ago and it was over last night!!! They generally stsrt on a Sunday and end early in the vening the following Sunday. This week there is no contest and numbers 9 & 10 will start next Sunday.

That was one contest, I've still made it into enough to get on there, and why do you care if I was late, I dont go and read every post I look at the buck and post a score, I dont care if I missed one but it is nice to go and look at how close I was without haveing to go through a month of posts/

Im not on here every day, I didnt notice that #8 had ended, big deal, why do you care about it so much.

Okay! After that post I don't give a s**t whether you get any help or not! How about KMA? Ya like that better? If you don't want an answer to a question, maybe you shouldn't ask in the first friggin place! Incidentally, I looked up the current score sheet and you're on there! It's Under JakeH!!!

On contest 8 I started including everyone, not just those eligible for the final contest.

Through contest 7 JakeH had only entered 3 contests so he wasn't eligible for the final contest so he wasn't included in the totals.

We're good! It really wasn't meant to single you out. Every contest had some posts after the contests were closed and that's really what I meant and not really trying to single you out. Sorry and congrats again! There were an awful lot of high guesses on that #9 buck and you were almost on the button!
